You will be living with 4 Leeds Uni Students. All great Muslim lads. Friendly and welcoming to all. tidy and reasonable people.

Room is located on the top floor and has 2 large windows, desk, walk in cupboard, aerial for t.v., large 3 door unit for clothes...etc and *double* bed.
nice kitchen and 2 bathrooms in house. living area also.

contract is till 30th June 2012 with rent paid till end of September.

*bills are inclusive of price* i.e. no gas, water or electric bill

you can move in straight away, your rent will begin for month of October.

There price is right at £310 per month with internet included.
