Sports
Playing sports is a good way of being fit and meeting new people.
Last year (2011/12) we had weekly football games for brothers. We also had badminton and netball games for the sisters.
Two isoc football teams and a sisters netball team were entered in the intramural leagues for the very first time. One of the isoc teams made it all the way to the football final!
We hope to bring you more sports in the coming year inshaAllah.

Brothers' Football Team
Two 5 a side football team have been entered in the intramural league for semester 2.
The first team is merged with the Ahlulbhayt Society called One Ummah. Matches will be on Tuesdays 7-8pm
The second team will have its matches on Tuesdays 9-10pm called Isoc Legends.
The league starts on 7th February inshaAllah.
Matches will be for 30 minutes.
It is £1 to play per game.
If you do not have sports membership then it is an additional £5 to play.

Sisters' Netball Team
A 7 a Netball team has been entered in the intramural league for semester 2.

The first match is on Friday 10th February at either 2pm. Matches last for 30 minutes.
If you are not a member of the sports centre then it is £5 to play each time.
If you do have membership then it is FREE to play!
All matches wil be at the edge at Hall 1b. Please don't be late if you are playing.
