One Ummah 2 - 2 SLAPsoc

The One Ummah team line up was Ayoub, Mahdiyar, AK, Aimen, Jaafer. Sub: Hashim

Jaafer and Ayoub were making their first appearances of the season as the team had to make some last minute changes.

The opposition passed the ball well but all the chances were being created by One Ummah. However, the keeper was in inspirational form to frustrate Aimen and Jaafer.

The opposition took the lead but the One Ummah responded well and scored two goals which were scored by the impressive Jaafer.

More good work by the opposition keeper meant the game could not be put away and SLAPsoc made them pay with a late goal to end the game 2-2

Isoc Legends 5 - 3 Nearly North United

The Isoc Legends team lineup was Zeeshan, Tarn, Nabeel, Oday and Aimen.  Subs: Hunain, Tony

The Legends took on the league leaders and were not fazed by the occasion as Aimen scored within the first minute to shock the opposition. However, they responded instantly and were level from their first attack!

Tarn made a great run from defence and smashed the ball in from a very tight angle to put the Legends back infront. The Legends were pegged back again after the opposition striker showed good footwork to waltz his way past two played and cooly slot past the despairing keeper.

Nearly North United dominated play but a resolute defence and good keeping meant they couldn't take the lead. The Legends made good use of their subs. The Legends were in the lead again after good tackling by Tony released Aimen who had time and space to get his second goal of the match.

The opposition scored again after good work on the wings to make the score 3-3. However, Aimen scored to get his second hatrick in two weeks and Tony scored his first goal of the season to put the game out of sight. The match finished 5-3 to the Legends.
